Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PlasticTox collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number when requested at checkout, order information, contact-form messages, and information submitted through affiliate or partner applications.

When you place an order, payment information is processed by Stripe. PlasticTox does not receive or store your full payment card number.

How we use your information

We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, send order and tracking updates, respond to support requests, review affiliate or partner applications, maintain account and administrative records, prevent abuse or fraud, and operate and improve the website.

If you enter a partner or affiliate code, we may associate that code with your order so the applicable pricing, attribution, and commission can be recorded.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site and fulfill orders, such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, database providers, anti-abuse providers such as Cloudflare Turnstile, and shipping carriers or shipping platforms. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Cookies and similar technologies

PlasticTox uses cookies and similar browser storage for essential site functions, including shopping-cart state, checkout continuity, authentication, and affiliate attribution. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Data retention

We retain order, transaction, support, and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate historical records.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask questions about personal information associated with you or to request correction of information where appropriate. Certain transaction and business records may need to be retained even after a request is made.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date shown at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision.
