Arrow Lab Solutions operates plastictox.com, which provides Plastictox.

This Privacy Statement applies to all websites owned and operated by Arrow Lab Solutions, Inc., including www.plastictox.com, and any other websites, pages, features, or content we own or operate. 

All lab results are handled to HIPAA standard, with the final lab report shared only with the email included in the demographic card. By filling out the demographic card with an email, the client consents for the lab report and all information within to be shared with this email address.

 All raw data is stored to HIPAA standard as well, with no positive patient identifiers stored in the cumulative data set.

 We will not release any individual-level personal information to law enforcement unless we are required to do so by court order, subpoena, search warrant or other requests that we determine are legally valid.

From the moment you purchase your kit, you have a meaningful choice in everything you do. That means you decide how your information is used and with whom it is shared. The lab report is shared with you, and you alone.
